Terms and Conditions of Use

Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are intended to specifically define the terms and conditions of subscription and use of the services provided by the Company between Pax Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Member").

Article 2 (Effects and Changes of Terms and Conditions of Use)
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect by posting them to the Service Menu and to the Company or otherwise notifying the Customer of all users who wish to use the Service, including customers who have subscribed to the Company. Posting of the Terms and Conditions may be found on the website.
  2. The company may change these terms and conditions if a reasonable reason arises, and if it changes the terms and conditions, it shall be disclosed in advance without delay.
Article 3 (Rules outside the Terms and Conditions)

These terms and conditions shall apply to the use of services, and matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, and other relevant statutes.

Article 4 (Explanation of Terms)

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.

  1. The term "user customer" means a user who uses a member-based service.
  2. The term 'use contract' refers to a contract concluded between the company and the user in relation to the use of the service.
  3. User number (ID) refers to a combination of English characters and numbers selected by members and approved by the company for member identification and the use of services by members.
  4. The term "password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to confirm that the user is a customer who matches the user number assigned and to protect the rights and interests of the user.
  5. Termination refers to the cancellation of a use contract by a company or member.

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant statutes and service-specific guidance, except as provided in paragraph (1).

Chapter 2 Contract for Use

Article 5 (Construction of a contract for use)
  1. The use contract is established with the consent of the customer who wants to use the terms and conditions and the consent of the company to the application for use.
  2. Consent to the terms and conditions of this use are expressed by pressing the 'Consent' button for membership registration when applying.
Article 6 (Application for Service Use)
  1. Customers who wish to use this service can use it after signing up as a member by providing the information requested by the company (name, resident registration number, contact information, etc.).
  2. All members must provide their names and resident registration numbers to use the service, and in the case of non-real names, they may be restricted from using the service.
  3. Membership registration must be registered under your real name.
  4. The ID of a member who applied for use by stealing another person's name (name or resident registration number) may be deleted without prior notice and may be punished according to related laws.
  5. The company can differentiate the use of the service by classifying the members who use this service by grade.
Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)

The company implements a personal information protection policy to protect the personal information of service users as prescribed by related laws and regulations. Related laws and the company's personal information protection policy apply to the protection and use of user's personal information. However, the company is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to users.

Article 8 (Approval and restriction of application for use)
  1. The company approves the use of the service to the customer who applies for use under Article 6 if there is no technical difficulty in the performance of his/her duties or technology.
  2. The company does not accept the following cases.
    - Where an application or name in the name of another person is not a real name
    - Where an application is filed by attaching false documents or stating false information
    - Where a person is registered as a credit delinquent in PC communication or Internet services under the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information
    - Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering the order of well-being or culture of society
    - Where a person is registered as a defective user of PC communication and Internet services in the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
    - Other application requirements set by the company are not satisfied
  3. If an application for the use of the service falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the company may reserve consent for the application until the reason for the restriction of consent is resolved.
    - If the company does not have enough facilities
    - In case of technical difficulties of the company
    - If it is difficult to accept the use due to other reasons attributable to the company
  4. The company shall immediately notify the customer of the application if the application for use is rejected or the acceptance is restricted according to the regulations.
  5. The company may restrict acceptance if the customer is a minor.

Chapter III Rights and Duties of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Rights and Duties of the Company)
  1. If the company deems that the opinions or complaints raised by the members are justifiable, it shall deal with them immediately: Provided, That if it is difficult to deal with them immediately, the members shall be notified of the reason and the processing schedule in writing, e-mail or telephone.
  2. The company is obligated to protect the personal information of customers in accordance with the personal information protection policy established by the company. However, this may not be the case if the legal procedure is followed by the provisions of the law.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2), if the Company intends to use the personal information of the Customer or provide it to a third party in excess of the notice or specified scope, it must be notified individually to the relevant Member to obtain consent.
  4. In order to provide continuous and stable services, the company shall repair or recover facilities without delay: Provided, That in case of a natural disaster, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, the service may be temporarily suspended or suspended.
  5. The company shall provide convenience to the members in the procedures and contents related to the contract with the members, such as the conclusion of the use contract and the change and termination of the contract.
  6. The company can prepare and use statistics on the personal information of all or part of the members with the prior consent of the members regarding their work and send cookies to the members' computers through the service..

These terms and conditions come into force on November 11, 2011.
